"Good access off freeway. Nice lobby and adequate parking. Check in went smooth. Room is larger than normal, small bar area with sink and fridge is nice. Large bathroom with separate toilet with door. But a couple issues prevent higher rating. First, there was an odor. Didn't figure out where is was coming from but discovered it was from the shower drain after taking shower. It's from build up of hair, etc over time. Needs cleaning. At least in room 311. Second, went to breakfast and looks...

Two unexplained charges hit our credit cards and I talked to five staff members while there, even the general manager, Chelsea Hope, and they couldn’t explain why we were charged or what the charges were for. When we checked out it still was not resolved and I was told to call Zander. He was suppose to be in at 11. I called and he wasn’t there. So far no return call."
