"We were impressed the moment we pulled up the driveway, it's a lovely building. Reception hallway is very warm, bright and welcoming, looks very swish. The room again was just perfect, gorgeous decor, very clean, plenty of space and a good sized ensuite. Wonderful view over Bath. Bed was comfy and great blackout blinds and curtains. Breakfast was delicious and great choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute or so walk to the city cente. Would highly recommend staying...

"We were given a full tour of the boat we had reserved with instructions on how to start the engine to make hot water, starting the furnace, etc. but the number of beds had unexpectedly changed (Cru Houseboats was under new ownership since we booked our stay) and the requirements for operating the boat did not appeal to us so we did not stay there. The staff were extremely helpful in finding a hotel late in the day that was close by. "
