"Staff were very helpful. The room was a bit tired in terms of decor, the shower needed re siliconed and items were found under the bed from the previous occupants.
A fridge in the room would have been beneficial. The weather was exceedingly hot when we were there, it would have been nice if jugs of water were left in communal areas.
The “continental breakfast “ did not contain cheese or ham."

"Absolutely lovely stay as a solo traveller. Has all the charm and feel of Bath I was so surprised when I turned the corner and saw the street of gorgeous Georgian townhomes I would be staying on. Location was perfect - walkable to everything and super convenient to be able to come back before dinner and not lose any time. My room had a stunning view of the town on the top floor."

"Well located (15 minute walk to the baths, and on several bus lines). Nice property, excellent breakfast. Our only issue was that our room (top floor) had a sloping ceiling that you have to be careful of to avoid bumping your head and which effectively reduces the useful space in the room."

"Very pleased with our find on Expedia. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic cooked breakfast, very comfortable bed. Throughout all very tastefully decorated. Nice to have parking on site. Walking distance into Bath and to the lookout point. Definitely recommend"

"Having previous booked a twin room and paid for 1 night June 18th ,.We arrived about 3.30 to find the hotel Bailbrook Lodge Bath completely inaccessable in spite of knocking ,ringing etc we went to the adjacent Bailbrook Hotel who (athough unconnected to BailbrookLodge) very kindly tried to contact the manager of BailbookLodge Absolutely no response . we therefore had to stay in another hotel for the night .I tried an email to Bailbrook lodge today address as advertised on their webstite...

"Excellent accommodation about 15 minutes walk from Bath City centre.
Clean and comfortable, pleasant staff who allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived before check-in time and again when we left.
Excellent breakfast."
