"Excellent property itself - very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, although the only downfall was there were no chopping boards, oil, salt pepper or kitchen towels, so you might want to bring your own. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, very quiet and very close to Waitrose and Battersea Power Station. Concierge is not 24 hours, so make sure you arrive before 6pm to collect the keys as they don’t work for Charles Hope. Communication from the agency is slightly lacking and didn’t receive direct confirmation from them after booking on Expedia. No response on the Expedia chat and had to call them a few times to get through to someone to provide check-in details (2 days before arrival). "

"Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! "
