"Booked 2 rooms, neither of them had hot water so couldn't have a shower in the morning. When i brought this up to reception in the morning, they acted shocked and surprised. I then pointed out to them reviews from other guests complaining of the same thing, some as far back as 2 years ago and some very recent, so clearly not new information to them. Im sure they will reply to this review saying 'we apologise for the inconvenience, and we will endeavour to fix this problem'. How about fix it years ago when the first person complained? I cant be fun to keep pretending this is new to you and to keep giving refunds because of it "

"Everything was as expected and staff service was definitely above average. Anything we needed was provided rapidly. Although old, this location was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you! "
