"the room they gave us was windowless for some reason, they have the coffee setup in a way where its unusable unless you physically move furniture. its next to the fridge and tv and those are the only plugs available so you have to unplug one of them to plug in the coffee maker, the bathroom toilet was also acting up the minute we walked in."

"The only reason we go often to this place is the indoor jacuzzi and pool. The jacuzzi has’t been working the last 2 stays and this time was completely out of service. The pool even tho it’s supposed to be heated it’s freezing and dirty. The shower in our suite was leaking and it’s so loud kept me and my husband up all night. Our refrigerator was leaking dirty water inside and all our food got wet and we all got sick the next two days. We believe was from this. This is a sanitation hazard. I communicate all that to the staff and they really nicely told me they will tell the manager. Management never even contacted me. I wanted a refund to find another place that fulfill my family’s needs. Or a compensation for next visit whe everything has been fixed to not have this image and bad opinion from this place but no response. Breakfast was good and staff working at the kitchen was nice and super friendly. I think was the only good part. Not enough towels in the room, shampoo and conditioner empty. Not extra pillow or bending in the closets. I called room service and the phone wasn’t working. I had to ask front desk and they took 2 hours to get us extra bedding. So bad experience."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again."
