"Found a ton of ants in my room right before I went to bed. I called the desk and the man that helped me was very friendly and helpful on getting me another room and even getting me some reward points for the inconvenience. The second room I checked into wasn’t very clean. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was hair in the shower still from whoever had stayed in the room last.
Property wasn’t very clean but very helpful and friendly staff."

"We stayed at the Hampton on our trip to San Diego based on the reviews and we are very happy we chose to stay there.
Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and courteous, everyone we encountered said hello and asked if we needed anything.
The hotel was clean and smelled like fresh laundry. The continental breakfast was very good, their biscuits and sausage gravy was delicious and the orange juice taste like fresh squeezed and not sour frozen concentrate.

"It was a nice stay. The location was great for my family and I. The gym and pool were well maintained. The outside property looked nice.
There is no breakfast unfortunately. Something I was hoping for since we had our 2 year old with us. There is a restaurant across the parking lot though. Also the rooms will not get cleaned unless you need it and call the front desk for it. Staff was very welcoming. Danny did a really good job taking care of me when I got there."

"Lets be honest, this is a motel turned into a hotel. First off, room smelled like mildew as soon as I entered. The floor was dirty. I could feel the dirt under my feet and really noticed when i got into the shower. The AC barely worked. The AC unit was held together with actual duct tape! The front door barely closed. I would not recommend staying here and wont ever be staying at a Ramada by Wyndham ever again. "
