Suggest getting daypass cards for bus at information center and download app for bus times and routes. Great bus service. Hotel was great and clean. No breakfast but fruit provided. "

"It was an excellent hotel for pets. Easy access to grass for dogs and great for walks as the hotel is very close to the pathways around the harbor. The free breakfast was excellent as well with plenty of different options everyday. "

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is well located for both business and leisure, and the staff were incredible: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. That said, the hotel has limited amenities. Coffee is available, but there is no breakfast service. Toiletry products are not provided directly in the room and need to be requested. The sound insulation is also quite limited, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise."

"This is one of the best accommodations I have ever had. The Garden Suite was perfect for my ten day stay in Victoria. The location could not be better to explore downtown. Minutes to the water and 15 minute walk to Beacon Hill. The suite was super clean, well stocked, comfy bed and a view of the harbor. The management team was very attentive and a minor issue was remedied very quickly. I felt they really wanted my stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely book here again. This...

"Fabulous hotel , spacious rooms, full kitchen . Amazing location . Beds were comfortable . Pub was great and right down stairs . Cleaning lady was very friendly and let us check out the room with city view , room was not occupied with guests at the time . We will always stay at Swans hotel from now on . I completely enjoy the community feel of this hostel starting with the awesome, friendly staff, the meals, the bar/pub type area as well as the lounge. The times I’ve stayed there it’s quiet and rarely had to wait for bathroom use. It’s my fave place to stay and a great location! I’ll repeat how wonderful the staff are; kind, friendly and helpful. "
