"the room was clean, the room had every amenity you could need, it had space, honestly the only thing missing was a washer dryer and one could live there. lol. The breakfast was not a favorite, but they never really are in hotels. The location felt safe, and away from the main street with available places to eat and shop walking distance. Would stay again. Front staff was also nice. "

"The room was not actually ready we had to wait 10 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. The bistro is not always staffed you have to wait and ask for someone to come help you. The building is a little outdated but it's not a huge issue. Otherwise it's a good location, probably the best in the Richmond San Pablo area, the staff was really nice, and it definitely smelled clean."

"Everything was fine. The room just looks questionable. I moved everything possible to check for roaches. Desk, table, dresser, and the bed.. Looked like someone did a quick wipe down because nothing looks brand new. All previous damage from all the years was there. I brung my own blankets and pillows. Slept good and it was quiet outside during my quick stay. Ended up here because the price, was attending an event, and was gonna be out 1st thing in the morning. All in all good but for $20+...

"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively...

"I was very impressed with my room and how wonderful the bed was. The bathroom was clean and the perfect size. The room might be tight for 2 people moving around, but I had access to the lawn and had a cafe table right outside my door. The coffee in my room was excellent, but it should have been free. The location was great, and I could walk downtown and down to the river. I will be back."

"It was quiet and clean and I was able to get several good night's sleep. There was an interesting metal panel in the drain of the shower that made us sort of musical sound when in use, which I enjoyed. The food at the bistro was mediocre, but when I pointed out that the eggs tasted really weird, they gave me a partial refund."
