"This hotel is amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and welcoming. They work very hard to ensure your stay is everything you want. I am lucky and have been yravelling a lot but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant for dinner is also amazing. "The Somerville is a lovely place to stay, with friendly, approachable, informative and attentive staff. Our superior double room was most comfortable and the shower had access to water that we actually understood! Gorgeous views. Fabulous areas both inside and out for relaxing. Sparkling pool. Steep walk up from the village, where there are good restaurants- tad tiring for we oldies! Would recommend. "

"Very disappointed, it was like a hostel and it was very noisy. I think we were the only guests in amongst all contractors staying there. The pool that was advertised was not functional and hadn’t been for a long time by the looks of it. There was no pool table as advertised and the public area was stacked with random matresses. We couldn’t open the windows fully due to scaffolding outside the window which felt very unsafe should there have been a fire. Every morning, before light we were woken...

"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to do anything to help. Great restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Enjoyed the jazz night. Rooms are a bit out of date, jaded. Please don’t put so much furniture in the room! But please put in some sockets near the bed for charging phone and simple hooks for hanging jacket, handbag and other stuff. Makes such a difference when a hotel has simple additions like this. "

"We loved our stay at Greenhills. The hotel is beautiful, everywhere is extremely well-kept and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful; we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary whilst there and the team added some extra special touches to our stay which was very kind of them. Breakfast was delicious, we also had afternoon tea which was fab. We'd definitely recommend and stay there again!"
