It does not appear any twin gold rooms have a view so bear this in mind if that is important to you. Spa was very nice although the jacuzzi was only warm. The heated beds in the relaxation room were nice and the steam and sauna good heat. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good."

"Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy."

"The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and...

"Staff and cleanliness of the hotel were great, only downside was that there were three of us in the room and they had only provided two of most things. The bathtub was also narrow and was very slow draining. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely book again. "

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Excellent location with an amazing view. The room was clean and good size. The breakfast is very good with choices of cold and hot, perfect to start the day. Staff is very friendly and efficient, they manage to accommodate us on a diner without booking on a very busy service. Parking is available for £10 per day"
