"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. "Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys. "

"Lovely hotel although the bedroom floors creaked a lot. Staff were all wonderful and there was entertainment on through the week, but oddly not at weekends. About a 15 min walk into St Helier, but there is a local bus. I guess the hotel is for the older generation, but that suited us just fine"
