"Really loved the staff they were all so friendly and very helpful and practical. I thought the hotel looked a bit tired and needed modernising with small old fashioned bedrooms but bathroom clean and serviceable. The grill restaurant gave us an excellent meal. Cocktails were great. My Atlantic cod dish was SUPERB!!"

"The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . "The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel."

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians. The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes)."
