"This hotel was perfect in every way.
We had the most comfortable & relaxing stay. All the staff are incredibly friendly & accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them & they did everything with great humour. Food was excellent too. More like a 5* hotel!! "

Adult and child swimming pool is clean and well kept, with sun loungers surrounding the pool. A small games room with a pool table and table football. Beautiful views of the beach/ sea. "Just returned, had a great time in Jersey, all the better because of our stay here. Excellent food, hotel very clean, food really was great. Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station."
"Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.

"Hotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
"We never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable."

"Friendly staff, a home from home feel about the place.1 minute from a place to swim. It has a lovely quiet garden.The food is very good here and breakfasts are cooked well and speedy service.Bus routes to main bus station is 13 minutes away plenty of choices of restaurants by the inn.And as a bonus and a Morrison’s shop conveniently a few minutes away, if needed."
