"Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any...

If you want to relax, come and go as you want, eat homemade fantastic breakfasts and enjoy peace and quiet, this is it. Old west ambiance coupled with amazing customer service. A horse, chickens(in a coop) and a goat are outdoor residents. Darlene and Phil were Amazing hosts!"

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "

"It was a lovely place and the staff were good except for an interaction with the large receptionist, she was extremely passive aggressive and brings the entire experience down. The rest of the experience was great. "

"I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again"
