"Clean room , super helpful staff Quiet I rested so good"

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"House keeping older Hispanic lady. Excellent cleaning and details to room. Mataniece still has not replaced t.v. in room. They saw screen is black on 1 side. Needs to be replaced."

"There was junkies And crackheads running around if I did pay upfront I would not had stayed there I had got there late with my children. I was crime out of town and did not know. The security lock was broken on the door I had to move the refrigerator to secure the door. There were socks in the corner and stains on the sheets it was terrible. I will never ever ever stay there again people walked ABD cussed all night."

"The pool was closed. This was very disappointing bc it was the main reason we booked. The staff was friendly but he didn't know when the pool would be opened up. Standing near the pool door you could smell stinky water."

The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste.
