Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. "The good news, the staff was wonderful, kind, and gracious. The bad news, everything else. 1st, bugs, bugs , bugs, every day I was there ( 5 days) but yhe last one. I had to go to the office to get, a hair dryer, ( suppose to be there according to the website) , bar soap for the shower, hangers, ( none in the room ) and a blanket. The bed was moderately comfortable, the entire room was dingy and in need of a redo. I have NO idea how anyone could have given a 10 in their review. Here's...

"The staff were courteous and helpful. Parking is good, I left prior to having breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The property was clean; however the building is old and in need of updating "

A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. "The room was clean and fine/very minimal amenities, but the rest of the hotel is in need of a renovation and cleaning. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned/changed out completely and there is an odor in the hallways that is not pleasant. The rooms are fine, owner and odor-free. "

"I was given the last room with a king-size bed, so my experience may have been different. Altogether, the room was clean, but the furniture was shabby and old. The office chair was broken; the back gave way when I sat down! Lastly, the shower is tiny, and the bath gel container on the wall was empty. Not a good experience! "
