"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again."

"When we checked in at the hotel, it was extremely bad like the outside of the property look like tornado ran through their. They had broken heaters on the floor of the hotel, when we went into the room the sheets had stains. Front desk denied us getting a new sheet, we booked the room for two days but how bad the condition was we left. Now front desk manager let us know to contact Expedia for our refund for the room. When contacting Expedia they explained to us that the hotel said we cannot get...

"I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay."

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
