"I was very disappointed with my stay. The person who checked me in was very nice, but she told me nothing about the amenities. Nothing about the pool breakfast anything just here’s your keys. I went to the room open the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I requested a non-smoking room. the carpet was dirty looking needs to be removed.The shower was complicated and hard to figure out. They told me that I had to go down steps with my luggage or walk around the entire building to get to the...

"Quick check in and a wonderful one night stay! Super clean room, comfy queen bed, hot shower, nice TV and delicious and varied hot breakfast in the morning. We stay here every time business brings us to the Walkertown or Winston-Salem area!"

"This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc..."

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."

"Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 ."
