"This hotel was not at all like it was described on the website. The Parking lot was full of broken down busted up vehicles missing headlights busted in glass looked like a junkyard the front and main door to the hotel was propped open and broken caution cones everywhere. The receptionist was behind bullet proof glass. The hallway lights were twinkling as if they were going out construction things everywhere the hotel smelled of weed when I told the manager the hotel smelt like weed he advised that that’s why he put me on the eighth floor. In other words he knew there was weed on the property. This hotel was completely unsafe and I felt very uncomfortable and refused to stay. I did not stay in this hotel. "

"We booked online through hotels.come. When we got there to check in the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. We tried for over an hour to get someone to come to the door. We called the main hotel number but was told they couldn't help us. Hotel.com tried to contact them as well with no luck. They ended up having to move us to another hotel."

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
