"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the check in process takes way way too long. they also didnt have my room ready for 3pm check in either. Took ages to bring valet car back to us also when we checked out. Staff are walking in circles and que to the doors to check in. If you know 3pm is check in time why are the people who are working moving so slowly.... really not okay. people were getting very annoyed."

"There was a lot to love but a lot was quite difficult too.
When I arrived after a 3 hr drive (with 2 toddlers) there was no one at the front desk and the door was locked. This was at 4pm.
I called the number and someone eventually came down to serve me after about 15-20 minutes.
