"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect."

"The property is under construction and this information was not disclosed until we got to the property. The. Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. "The bed was broken, and you could feel the coil springs through it, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioning unit wouldn't even turn on, completely dead, and, The wastebasket in the bathroom was full with the previous guests trash!!
I tried to tell the front desk about it in the morning, and she just seemed to not really care, although she did say "sorry".
I have stayed in lower priced accommodations and so I didn't have high expectations, but that was too many things wrong,...

"I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days.
