Also disruptive (questionable )guest bs visitor at check in-; the situation was well handled by the staff but raises concern about security;
Overall, would stay here again b/c of location and great staff"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was nice, didn’t get to use any amenities because we only stayed one night for a concert. Very close to the Allianz amphitheater. My only complaint was I used the toilet in the room right when we got there and the flush wasn’t working, so my husband had to remove the top of the toilet and connect it to be able to flush."

"This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset."

"I needed shuttle to airport and was told when checking in that started running @ 4:30am every 30 minutes upon checking out went to desk at 8:00am requested service and was told it would be 9:00 before I could go my flight stated boarding at 9:27. It just happened my friend came back to check on me and took me to airport and I made flight on time if not for him I was going to call an uber"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, but both times I only stayed due to the cheap rate and proximity to the airport... And both times I've left saying to myself I'd never stay there again. This time I'm sticking by that decision, though. The hotel is owned by a family who I'm sure are really great people, but the building itself ought to be demolished and rebuilt imho... But I'm sure that costs money the family don't have. There is zero security as the side and back doors are both...
