"Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It’s a family business hotel the lady at the front desk was SUPER disrespectful so I gave her the same attitude she gave me, THE ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIHUANA, The TV did NOT WORK, The walls were disgustingly stained, The couch Was stained as well what it looked like it was blood, and who knows what else, The Toilet plugged when we flushed it down, Everything was old, furniture was horrible. DEFINITELY save your money I’ve stayed once in a Motel 6 By emergency and...

"The air conditioning was cold, perfect!"

"Bueno pero no habia luz en una habitación"

"My experience at this hotel in San Antonio was disappointing. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the shower had no curtain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was also poor. I expected better cleanliness and service. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay."

"The stay wasnt bad at all."

"Clean, cozy and close to everything. Daily cleaning. Staff very friendly. 100% recommend!"

"This stay was amazing. Right off the north of the riverwalk, El Camino food truck lot was just across the Riverwalk bridge. The staff were amazing. Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was relaxing. I will be going back 100000%."

"It was a good stay. Comfortable beds quiet environment. The room did have a smell and there was a dusty smell when the air conditioner came on. The bathroom could have been updated a bit. Overall it was a good comfortable stay. A lot of places near by and close to downtown."

"This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels."
