"Overall a lovely stay. The only negative was the set-up of the bathroom - the shower was open and we found that the water accumulated to the point of flooding the whole bathroom floor, and carpeting outside of the bathroom ( there was a floor squeegee to push the water towards the drain), the sink was very, very small and there was nowhere to put toiletries. "

"In over 30 years of travelling on business, this is one of the best places I have stayed in.Although I did not meet the owners it was clear that the accommodation was well looked after and virtually everything had been thought of for the comfort of their guests. Virtually everything was absolutely spotlessly clean.The only small point I noticed was that there was dirt around the toilet seat hinge - a bit of a dirt trap and difficult to access(I'm sounding like a "Four in a Bed" contestant...

"From the warm welcome on arrival to the helpful and friendly check out we had a lovely overnight stay. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The attic room is spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for a walk along the seafront to the restaurants and bars. "There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. "We celebrated our 42nd Anniversary with an amazing seaview room with a balcony and complementary drinks. The view was fantastic.The Haddock and Chips and Taglioni Pasta at the restaurant were delicious and the chef was able to accommodate our unspicy chicken wings which was perfect! Kudos to the staff and management for the care and making our stay so memorable. We would come back."
