"The underground parking is a very tight if you have a larger vehicle. It would be nice to see complimentary bathroom items like lotion or a shower cap. Mikey the Bell Captain is very helpful and knowledgeable."

The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Evergreen. I very much like the facilities – – environmental factors, location, and upkeep. However, the one staff person at the front desk is ill-suited to the position: she is often absent from the desk, rude, unhelpful in assisting with operating the TV, etc., and her English isalmost un understandable. "The Dylan is an amazing place to stay, just one BART stop from SFO, and walking distance to Millbrae Station. The staff (shoutout Nina!) was very nice and helpful, and their self-serve wine bar was a great treat after a long work day! "土曜日・日曜日に宿泊しました。客室自体には満足でしたが、土曜日の深夜に道路側で多数のバイクの騒音と大勢が大声で叫ぶ声が聞こえてきて不快でした。但し、翌日の夜は大丈夫でした。 1階ロビーに設置されている無料コーヒーメーカーが故障で使えず残念でした。コーヒー粉の在庫切れだそうですが、コーヒー粉は十分にストックしておくべきだと思います。あとレストランがないので、ロビーに朝食用に無料のパンとゆで卵だけでも良いので用意してくれると助かります。 フロントスタッフは、信頼できるタクシーキャブと料金を調べるようお願いしたら、すぐに対応してくれて、サービスに満足しました。"
