"A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out.
The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. "Reception staff left us standing at reception for 20 mins to check in.
No verbal communication. Just handed keys and piece of paper with instructions.
Room VERY tired and dated. Carpet dirty old, thin and poorly fitted.
I didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. Balcony and balcony chairs dirty. Chairs were old plastic patio chairs and were dirty. No privacy on balcony from rooms next door.
Very noisy. Only single glazed windows so didn't shut out noise.
