"Very convenient from I57. Loved that there was a grocery store across the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable. Had great room darkening blinds."
"The parking was convenient, staff at check in was very nice and the room carpet was updated. That's the best I can say. We booked here for the hot tub, but it wasn't working. Pool room was dilapidated. For both rooms, light switch to enter room didn't turn any lights on, so we had to enter a dark room alone (sister's room was on a different floor). Room smelled musty, toilet seat was cracked, shower was tiny, no water pressure so i could barely wash my hair, no soap or shower gel for shower, robe hook was just sitting next to sink, no bedside lamp on one side, and bed had seen better days. The king was ok for a single person or two people would have rolled together or out! In my sister's room, the window shade was full of holes, very tacky looking and let light in. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing but eggs, biscuits, bagels, cereal. No bread, yogurt, or milk. They did have waffle maker but not sure if there was batter. Apple juice was very watered down. Was just happy to leave in the morning."
"Service was absolutely wonderful!! Except for one staff member. The amenities were great . Pool area was very loud due to a clanky vent or something (?) but felt amazing so kinda evened itself out mostly :-)"
"Worst bed ever… fold out was nothing but stained springs. Had to argue with management for sheets and a blanket. The full was not any better. Pillows were nothing, but lumps. NO warm water at all!! Wires hanging out of whole in wall. The grounds were covered in trash. When the cold out is used it blocks the entire room so you can’t walk around.
Don’t bother staying here."
"It was an older hotel they asked me for a 50 dollar deposit on the room. When I checked out they didn't automatically return my 50 dollars cash,I had to ask for it back. Biggest complaint was the room smelled like cigarettes"
"The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected."
