"The property was clean, and they had a great breakfast included. Electronic check-in was easy (once I figured out how to get the camera and bar code to line up). On the negative side, (1) the barn door to the bathroom was heavy and difficult to open and close, and (2) both my wife and I found the bed to be EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable."

"I reserved a room at a hotel in Bend, Oregon through Expedia. I had a medical procedure planned for the following morning. The procedure time was changed to the afternoon and there was no need for me to stay at the hotel. I was expected to arrive at the hospital at 8am. It is a 4 hour drive from my house.
