"Our stay at Iberostar Riviera Cancun was overall a great experience, thanks to the wonderful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The very first person to greet us was Cristina Rosas, and she immediately set the tone for our vacation. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her genuine kindness made check-in feel effortless and left us with a fantastic first impression.
Throughout our stay, we found the entire staff to be courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you goes to Angelo, our server at the Italian restaurant. He provided outstanding service, was attentive without being intrusive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
The pool bar was amazing! Juanito and Herber were always there to get us drinks.
The only disappointment during our stay was the Spanish restaurant. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The dishes lacked flavor and quality compared to the other restaurants at the resort, and it was easily our least favorite dining experience. We hope the resort considers improving the menu and food preparation there so it matches the high standards of the rest of the property.
Despite that one dining experience, we had a wonderful vacation and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff.
