"There are so many pro’s / con’s I give my stay a 5 out of 10. This is more so a family resort even the adult side had kids on it. The main events such as foam party took place on the kids side me being a adult who came to celebrate her birthday without her child I don’t want to be sharing space let alone my vacation with children. Even breakfast lunch dinner had to enjoy that time with kids. Yes I have stayed at many resorts where kids are on one side and adults on the other and that’s what I was expecting. Everything on the adult side closed at 11pm kinda early when your on vacation celebrating your birthday. No real pool activities for the adults which made pool time really boring total opposite of what I thought. Room service was very mid food always arrived cold there are no microwaves in the room. Resort itself really nice just really big it was a walk to get to anywhere on the resort. One thing I can honestly say the staff at this resort is AMAZING it was always “good morning” annd always a “hello” very helpful with any questions you had. This is the perfect family resort if you want to slow down, same pace, down time, quiet, get your rest this is the perfect resort for you and your family"
