"Honest review! I would have given this hotel 5* review but one thing let us down. Room was spotless had a fridge everything you need, staff were very helpful. The thing that let me down was luggage hold. We asked a staff member if we could leave our baggage for a few hours before we moved on, the lady on reception said that was no problem and said it would be secure and free of charge, we said we were more than happy to leave some money when we got back anyway as as thank you. So olwe put our suitcase in a little room.that was locked after us perfect! Upon our return a few customers were in the hotel and the baggage room door was wide open with our case just waiting for someone to take. We took it out and never mentioned this to anyone as they obviously bothered who took it. Very disappointed."

"Excellent apartment’s, right in the heart of Benitses, although not too noisy, I have stayed here before and will do again, but there was no safe deposit box in the room this year, there was this facility on previous visits."
