"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean. However, overall the stay just didn’t feel worth the price. The room felt pretty outdated, and the TV channel selection was limited. One of the biggest downsides was the environment outside. There were people sitting right in front of the doors throughout the night, and I witnessed drug use and dealing in the nearby parking lot. Unfortunately, my room’s view looked directly out onto a run-down Denny’s parking lot where...

"The washroom was dirty. Room was okayish and felt aged. Their rooms definitely need renovations.They charge 13 USD parking fee per night to park on their premises. This is a hidden fees and not mentioned either on Expedia or their website. And their breakfast is another big disappointment. It's a cold breakfast. They charge so much, at least they can serve fresh hot breakfast. We felt like we were ripped off."

"This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking. "

"I originally booked a hotel with ended up being terrible and made me feel unsafe so I did not want to stay there. I was stressed about finding another place and this hotel was heaven sent. They booked me immediately, staff was fantastic and the rooms were terrific. Comfortable and relaxing. It was worth it. "

"Enjoyed an excellent stay here. All staff members were wonderful and the room was gorgeous and as pictured online. At one point, we ran out of conditioner, and a new bottle was delivered within minutes. Great amenities and very clean. My only note to future guests is to be mindful of the parking situation if you have a car. The hotel only offers valet, which was quite expensive. I recommend using the self-parking lot across the street, which is way more affordable and felt very safe. The...
