"A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee."

"You guys change that much for the pool and room you should at least have breakfast not just coffee "

"Front Desk Staff was super Friendly& Helpful. Everything needs an update (rusting door frames in bathroom, Windows on outside were dirty, Carpet was outdated, stains on the chair) Breakfast had many options and the jacuzzi was very warm! Will definitely be back, just wish they would consider a restoration soon.(I’ve stayed at nicer county inns) "

"Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors."

"Check-in was good, our room seemed outdated with furniture that had seen better days (wine spill on box frame, scratches and dents on table). Carpet was gross, several weird stains, and smelled like feet. This hotel nickel-and-dimes you for everything. Despite the Expedia listing saying free self parking, apparently now there’s a charge of $10 per car per night. Breakfast buffet was $15/person so we got breakfast elsewhere. Bottles of Pure Life water in the room at $3 each unless you’re a high...

"This hotel was exceptional. The room was very clean and inviting. The staff were sweet and very helpful. The continential breakfast was very good and had a variety of choices that were tasty and satisifying. Overall, a great place to stay."

"There is no elevator! I didnt realize that when booking, or I would've asked for a first floor room. The pool was decently warm, but the room was freezing. Its a long walk from modt of the rooms. The on site bar was closed on a Saturday night. The vending machine only took bills, no change or cards. The breakfast buffett had kids standing over the waffle station and eating, there was no attendant around. But! The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall it is decent."
