"The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it! "

"Very dated and run down. Room smelled very old and musky and didn’t seem really clean. We actually went and bought room spray. The paint was coming off the hand rails in the bathroom really bad. For the price there’s a lot of other options that are cleaner and all around better. "

"Hotel is not as advertised with 24/7 shuttle service. Once we paid our way there it took over an hour to get us into a room because of I outer problems. The woman was very helpful and trying her best but it was almost 4 am and we were exhausted. I spoke with the manager in the morning about our troubles and he stated he could not offer any refunds due to booking with a 3rd party. "The room was dirty, the bed did not have two sheets, it just had one bottom sheet and a comforter on top of it. The comforter was all stained. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was all peeled. The toilet bowl was all rusty at its bolts. There was food and a container left in the microwave. The floor had crumbs all over it.The breakfast offer was either waffles or muffins, or stale cereal"

"Hotel needs a good update. Don’t spend your money here. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Paid $294 to stay at a hotel that wasn’t comfortable at all & was told the hot tub worked. Jets worked water was freezing."
