"The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it! "

"Hotel is not as advertised with 24/7 shuttle service. Once we paid our way there it took over an hour to get us into a room because of I outer problems. The woman was very helpful and trying her best but it was almost 4 am and we were exhausted. I spoke with the manager in the morning about our troubles and he stated he could not offer any refunds due to booking with a 3rd party. After almost 1.5 of trying to reach the right person and being hung up several times they offered a credit for$25. I...

"The room was dirty, the bed did not have two sheets, it just had one bottom sheet and a comforter on top of it. The comforter was all stained. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was all peeled. The toilet bowl was all rusty at its bolts. There was food and a container left in the microwave. The floor had crumbs all over it.The breakfast offer was either waffles or muffins, or stale cereal"

"Very dated and run down. Room smelled very old and musky and didn’t seem really clean. We actually went and bought room spray. The paint was coming off the hand rails in the bathroom really bad. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was bad. Only eggs and waffles. Nothing else. Door keys worked part of the time. For the price we were expecting a much better stay. Won’t stay there again. For the price there’s a lot of other options that are cleaner and all around better. "

"There were red/possible blood stains on the bathroom floor, with the showers having multiple patch jobs and stains in them as well, th hotel itself had an overwhelming cleaner smell as you walk in, which wasn’t a big deal, but we suspected it was masking the upstairs smell in the room hallways, which smelled very heavily of a moldy mildew smell, the pool is smaller than what’s advertised, but hey it’s a beach so who honestly cares! "This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in with filthy sheets and a roach crawled over my daughter’s leg while laying down. The comforter was from the 80’s style and had tears from it being so old. Looked nuthin like the picture. Let’s just say we didn’t stay. Very bad experience. Close it down."

"The surroundings are a bit unpleasant, as the place doesn't look very clean—in fact, they were undergoing renovations—and you can smell a foul, musty odor in the hallways right from the moment you enter the lobby. Furthermore, the staff is merely there to do their job, making no effort to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I say this without hesitation: I had booked a stay for three nights but only stayed for two, as they never came to clean the room. It was a disappointment."

"Stayed at the beach house to be close to the water and the RV park friends were at. Very clean, comfortable house with walking trails to the water. Nice outside area with picnic table and swing under the house. Great location. Safe area."
