"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"The breakfast is good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the place is very clean. It's in a good location, near many restaurants. Our only complaint is the bathroom needs updating, it's not very bright, and just needs freshing up. The bed is comfortable, however the sheets, bedspread don't come all of the way up to your chin, somehow tucked in very tight at bottom of bed, (I tend to sleep with my head under the covers} and also could use some different...

"Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Reported it. Wasn't fixed when we returned. Moved rooms,key wouldn't open door. Toilets are so short..must have been surplus from a grade school. Shower had 2 containers of shampoo. No rinse. Small bar of soap. Breakfast was decent."

"Refrigerator was molded couldn’t put anything in there. Took a half hour for some one to come to the service desk. Rooms were not clean and had a horrible smell to them. Checked out the next morning and they still tried to charged me for the entire stay I could go on and on about this however it makes me upset all over again"
