"Front Desk staff was amazing, great location, better room"

"This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"There was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod. The drain plug was broken so it was stuck closed, had to open it with my fingernails in order for the water to go down. Yuck. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. "

"This was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I had questions. I love that it was literally steps to the canal walk. I traveled with 5 kids and it was hard to get them away from the pool. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had trouble with the air working in our room the first 3 days, and I have a breathing cond where I almost always have to have air!! Staff didn’t seem at all concern about me or my comfort at all! They finally gave us a fan which helped zero!!!! Other than that everything was great"
