"The breakfast area was dirty when we arrived at 8pm. The next morning there was very little to eat at breakfast. - no plates, spoons, or napkins. There seemed to be no one replacing/refreshing the food and supplies. Lots of dirty dishes stacked up. Our room had a stale smell, even after running the AC all night, it still smelled stale the next morning. "There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing."

"Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close"
