Vicky, in housekeeping texted me that 2 towels were missing and was charging us $20? When we did not take any towels. Why would we want, any old stained, tiny towels? "Overall the hotel was in great shape. Rooms were pretty clean, and actually was not carpeted (however we were given a handicap room, not sure if that was why). Not sure if the hotel is newer or just remodeled, but we were very content and again, very happy happy with the cleanliness. The breakfast was fine, standard waffle maker, sausage, cereal and bread goods. Usually hotels give you scrambled eggs or little omelets, but this was the first time we've seen hardboiled eggs in the burner next...

"The staff tried their best We were there with 2 rooms for 5 nights and not even once they came to clean the rooms. Every time we went to get breakfast The bread was empty, no waffle mix, out of coffee. It seems like no one keeps us with the breakfast bar. The pool area was dirty with cigarettes and other types of smokes residues. WiFi in and out."

"Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...
