"Decent enough place for the night prior to the cruise. Breakfast was pretty good. It was one of the few hotels in the area with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch for all of us to sleep comfortably."

"I got a suite here for a one night stay before a cruise. Property was ok, nothing special and a bit outdated. It seems they tried to update it but left some things, like the bathroom, unchanged. Also the AC unit in the room was so loud it was difficult to watch TV and/or sleep. Pillows were horrible. The price for one night, $200, also seemed very high for the quality of the property. Front desk attendant and bartender were very nice though. OK for a night but wouldn’t stay longer."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!"

"DISQUSTING. Waited 2 1/2 hours for our room because the system was down. When we finally got taken to "a room" on the 3rd floor, it was nasty. The carpet hada not been vacuumed or cleaned in the hallway, the room smelled of Curry and there was a used Q TIp in the floor of the room, hairs in the tub and we were told it was all that was available. ABSOLUTELY not a HILTON quality property. We had no other options, we flew in for a cruise the next morning. It was after 1 am before we got into...

"The hotel was absolutely in horrible condition. The hotel smelled of mildew where I felt that I had to hold my breath walking around the halls to my room. The room we got reserved in had a very musty smell to it, we looked around and there was growing black mold under the sink. We requested a move as I’m pregnant and with another child, which they were immediately flexible with moving us so that is a positive I’ll add. Overall, I think the hotel should consider a close to renovate and make it...

"Trey at the front desk was a big help. Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry room and fitness room free for guests . Pool was calm and clean, with a fire pit and grill available for guest use. House keeping was a little slow…took most of the day for them to tend to our room, but aside from that, the service was great! 20 minutes walk /5 minute drive to HARD ROCK CASINO HOTEL and 12 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale airport."

"My reason for a good rating overall was because of the bathtub shower. First, when you stepped in the bottom of the tub was slippery ... perhaps some cleaning solution that created the issue. And, the handicap bars were placed in a strange location on the back wall ... much better to have a bar across the back wall. I found the staff to be exceptional ... front desk and restaurant. Very considerate and engaging. I would definitely stay at this location once again ... very comfortable."
