"Property was nice and comfortable and great location. Front door didn’t look like an inviting front door so we walked around entire bldg looking for the entrance. Front desk staff was not personable at all. Wasn’t rude but no small talk and never made eye contact. Rooms were nice and comfortable."

"The hotel was perfect except for one thing. There were people who came on the roof while my grandchildren were swimming in the pool. These people had done things that are not allowed so we were forced to leave before closing!The staff did nothing to prevent it or ask them to stop!"
