"Hotel offers free shuttle from FLL but leaves travelers in the dark as to how to find and get on their shuttle. We eventually got on a shuttle for another property which is close to them. After being dropped off at Best Western, we saw Best Western's own shuttle parked at the hotel. Only later did we find that several hotels that are in close proximity share a shuttle. How are we to know that the Holiday Inn Ex/Candlewood's shuttle would pick up Best Western's customers?"

"Was very surprised that the room did not have in room safes. I did however appreciate having a bar/bistro in the lobby. Saved me from having to go elsewhere to grab a light dinner after arriving."

"I had to change my plans and that was the only option near and below 200us a night. BUT... The Marijuana smell in the hallway and reception, and the people staying making noise at 2am. Never again!"

"I stayed for one night and it was great. Very close to the airport and the 6am shuttle was on time and hassle free. Room was spacious and clean. Wasnt overly noisy. Pool was nice. Very short walk to a restaurant on the marina with pretty views. Great for the price point! "
