"Staff was completely uncommunicative and not responsive at all. Everyone we ran into was on their phone texting or something.Nobody ever greeted us at the front desk although we spent the day together and at least seven or eight minutes, waiting for them to acknowledge us and look up from their computer screens, although the property was maintained well, and clean and the breakfast and common areas were nice. "This super budget hotel was exactly that... I called again and again and again for the shuttle service, hotel suggested I call driver cell directly. waited 40 min and then hailed a cab finally. $25. "Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!"

"Very convenient to the beach , airport and cruise port.shuttle available from the airport to the hotel. Food service in the morning is very slow, especially if you just want to get a cup of coffee. The front of the building rooms are louder due to the train station across the street."
