"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

The room was nice and the bed comfortable.

"We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant, however on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function, but that the bar would be able to provide a meal. We passed the bar on the way to our room & were kindly given a menu to look at. After dropping our luggage we returned to the bar to eat, only to be told that the bar had stopped serving meals due to the function. "My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment.
The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
To make matters worse, our room window was at eye-level with a public footpath and car park. Because the room was so hot, we were forced to keep the window open, which completely...

Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices.
Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry!
