Thanks to the Front Desk Manager Erica in particular for going out of her way to ensure I had a trip back from the airport arranged as I didn't have access to a US mobile to call the shuttle bus from the airport, and she very kindly sorted it out without any issues.....note that you need to call a local US number if you want a shuttle from...
