They were incredibly friendly and really helpful in giving recommendations for activities and food places/bookings. It really made our trip following their advice on where to go and when to do things to avoid the crowds or enjoy the views. We would 100% recommend and may go again. "

Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late.
