"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave . The pool was beautiful and very relaxing . The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well . The food was good and the staff were friendly. Die Architektur der Gebäude ist beeindruckend und verleiht dem gesamten Hotel eine besondere religiöse und künstlerische Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mit 13 Euro pro Person fair bepreist 🙂👍 Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! 😀🙌"

"It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"

Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. "They upgraded us to a triple with a terrace which was super nice. We enjoyed the views. It was very relaxing. The only complaint we had was the beds are not the softest. They were not terrible but could have been more comfortable. It wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for us tho bc the hotel was nice. The parking is just about 509 meters from the hotel up some stairs. Not far at all."
