"Check in staff were great and lovely. The bartender on duty at the pool was lazy, rude and rolled his eyes when we ordered an additonal drink, saying that we hadn't actually ordered two, just one and now he had to make another one. Food took almost an hour to receive it from the time of ordering. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner (amenities) were rusty around the bottle, dirty and said "non-refillable" but 2 of the pumps were out of the bottle. Very unhygienic and false advertising. Poor experience for $400+ a night."

"Dog track of a hotel. Not sure how this is rated 4 stars. Old run down rooms that smell like mildew, things falling apart, rust, and damaged. "

"Staff were welcoming and efficient, I was provided with a room on a high floor, as requested, and parking was close and ample. I appreciate free parking, free Wifi, and free breakfast. Unfortunately the outdoor fire pits were in disrepair and covered over, so not accessible for guest use. Toiletries were exceptionally nice!"

"Checked into an uncleaned room. Then had no parking, despite my parking pass. Then was checked in to a new room with a clean bed but the shower trickled and did not get hot. "

"The location could not be beat - fantastic!! Most of the staff were so kind and lovely. The room was clean, but a little stark - no art on the walls. The bathroom was remodeled and really pretty - but the shower curtain was really annoying (kept sticking to me) and made the shower uncomfortable. A couple things were broken too, but they were very responsive to getting them fixed. GREAT place if all you're doing is mostly sleeping there!!"
