But we do explain at check in and on your welcome letter that we operate with WhatsApp's and we also give you the main switchboard telephone number should you need anything meaning you do not have to come down to Reception. It is manned whilst open but the team member does have to do poolside/plant room checks whilst on duty so you may not have seen them because of this. We are also trying to stop using one use plastic items so therefore this is why there are no Bin Liners in our bins in our Leisure centre or our Hotel Bedrooms.
