"The hotel staff were wonderful, especially Ari who was exceptional and helped us move rooms so we could have our planned movie night as part of our weekend girls trip/night in. The stay was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable. The amenities were great. The only bad thing is that the rooms don’t have a smart TV which is weird for a 4 star hotel in 2026. "

Fantastic staff to greet you when you first arrive and help with anything you may ask. I would definitely return whenever travelling to Birmingham. Thank you. "

"The breakfast was buffet style breakfast, hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, crispy potatoes, black pudding) pastries, toast, bread, cereals, continental style meats and cheeses. The room was clean and spacious, bath with shower. Slept really well. Room was warm, although if I'd had a look at the thermostat I'm sure it would've been fine. Even though the hotel is on a busy street and roundabout. You'd never know, so quiet. Staff really freindly and helpful. Close to the trian station and 10 minute walk to the Bullring"

"The rooms are a dormitory style, it has an air conditioning unit. It is quiet and is modern. It was very good value. The duvet is very thin, and should be thicker. The breakfast is very basic, it consists of pastries, cereal , coffee and tea. It had no fruit or t bags. It did not have much choice."

"Nice hotel next to the station really good for getting too Birmingham moor street, 10 minutes tops. Nice breaky. Only issue I had water ran out on my shower so I had limited water and no hot water. I had the small room 101. I think it's on a smaller water tank. "

"Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
