"They had one of the best full breakfasts that we have had. Waffles with toppings, gluten free options, and unique juices. Super welcoming and the place has character!"

"Booked an “accessible” room, by mistake and found that there was a difference in the bed that we preferred not to have - my fault but just saying for others who may have our same preference. Otherwise, learn the AC and TV remote and the stay was just fine. Conveniently located, and very comfortable."

Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

"Breakfast room was clean and beautiful and serving dishes were kept full. The pool was very clean and our request for connecting rooms was guaranteed. The rooms were very clean, but the soap and shampoo were not sufficiently filled and we just about didn’t have enough"

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. They assisted with an early check-in and provided information about the many activities and areas to visit. The room was extremely clean and well maintained! The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful as well! Loved our stay here and will definitely return!"

"Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently."

"There was a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that ran 12 hours a day that could not be turned off (it was on a hotel timer). It did not run at night, but from about 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening. Very disturbing. Who would design such a feature? I would never stay in the hotel again since I assume every room has the same feature."

The exit doors you had to go through down the halls to the rooms, slammed loudly at night and kept me awake. TV was hard to use. Price was higher than it should have been."
