"Great location. Bathrooms need updating. Temperature of shower was either extremely cold or burning hot. Bathtub porcelain needed repair. Card key worked once. Had to go up and down the elevator 4 times and get 4 different cards taking 20-30 minutes to get back into the room, until one finally worked. No phone in the room to call the front desk, or housekeeping for an extra blanket or towels. This is concerning if there had been a bigger issue."

"Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly yet professional. Plenty of parking available. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Honestly, we couldn't think of any complaints."

"This is a decent property but not worth the $240 a night we paid. The property is a need or painting and trim repairs and the breakfast, while hot, is pretty basic but not bad. The coffee is decent. It's a budget hotel at best...not what I used to expect from a Hampton Inn or at $240 per night price point."

"Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

"They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!"

"Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund."
