"Nice"

"The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention...

"My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA."

"The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. "This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the...

"The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient."
