"The Hotel was in the process of the complete roof being redone. with the noise and hammer guns going on all day. There was no peace"

"My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA."

"The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The only bed pillows were small, square ones - again, unusual. The bed "skirt" was a loosely attached metal thing that made noise when I sat down or moved around. "They were unable to locate my reservation because it was third party so I had to wait at the front desk at least 20 minutes just for them to pull my reservation. There was hair in the shower. You have to scan a qr code that has issues to pay for parking however there are almost no parking spots available. Checkout is at 11 and I was running about 5 minutes behind and was in the process of packing so that I could leave. Housekeeping started knocking and kept knocking until I got to the door...

The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the...
