"Nice clean rooms. Staff was helpful but the front desk seemed busy and had to wait. Nice pool and gazebo with gardenias in the back as well as a wooded walking path behind the property. The path had a pond with geese and herons."

"Nice room, safe environment. However, the breakfast offerings in no way matched the photos on Expedia. Photos showed two or three Belgian waffle makers and a hot food station. There were, in fact, zero waffle makers and a sad offering of powdered eggs and limp bacon. No fresh fruit and a paltry offering of one muffin type and some toast and bagels. Disappointing."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. There is a separate area to watch TV and a small refrigerator and sink. The breakfast was good quality food. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a small bar where we had a drink and watched the play offs. Quiet and safe neighborhood and right off of I95"

"The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket."

"Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in."

"This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the...

"Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress needed replaced. It slanted like it was well worn. My back and neck are sore. "
