"Warmly welcomed on arrival. Opened a room account and used it in the bar which has a good selection of drinks. We also ate from the bar menu food was filling and tasty. Entertainment was spot on and all the staff were friendly."
"Stay here was amazing, only a five minute walk to the zoo, the hotel was clean and fresh, not enough coffee provided tho 🙄 but had a great weekend an the grounds of the hotel were clean and wildlife all over felt like another planet. The staff were as helpful as they could be I would definitely stay again….."
"I've stayed here 3 times before. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking is charged at £3 a day which is reasonable. It's a good base for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood or the main attractions as there is a bus and tram stop opposite the hotel. Copperface Jack's, the hotel was closed..but when open can be good for watching sports
It's not the Hilton, but I will definitely be back."
"Room was relatively well-kept. The shower was nice, though slightly difficult to use. Nothing terrible of note. It is fairly far from points of interest and the breakfast wasn’t great for the price. I would skip breakfast if I were to stay here again."
