"Arrived and found out new owners had taken over a month ago - Using old website for advertising which shows that breakfast is included - New owners do not serve breakfast - Was given a key for room and the external doors for exit and entry - Upon arriving back after a stroll around realised external door handle was loose and had difficulty unlocking it - No staff around to help or phone number to call should we could not gain entry - Did not see anyone in the building from late afternoon until...

"Everything needed for a stay in self catering accommodation is there. Owners always available, either in person, or by phone. A fair walk - 10 to 15 minutes - from the sea front or town, bus stop for half hourly service to town centre just 50 yards away."

"Inexpensive, basic, clean, no-frills, on-suite double room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking for residents. Ideal for a short break where you want to spend your money when you’re out and about – 12 mins walk from the Tower, Winter Gardens, Houndshill Shopping Centre, pedestrian precincts and Wetherspoons pubs. I’ll be going back again. Thanks."

"This weekend, six of us had an event to attend and tried this B&B for the first time. We always have bad luck in Blackpool with B&Bs, but from the moment we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. We were welcomed in and walked into our room, and when I say how spacious it was and how white and clean the bedding was, I mean it—you will not be disappointed! The bathroom was on par, and breakfast was incredible with very friendly staff! All in all, this has got to be the best B&B...

"Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...
